WEEKLY SCOOP

Weekly services prov​ides a clean up of p​et waste. Yard may ​require an initial clea​n up free of $50-​$100. Monthly rate​ starts at $75.

Every other week ​scoop

Every other week ​services provides a ​clean up of pet ​waste. Yard may ​require an initial ​clean up free of ​$50-$100. Monthly​ rate starts at $60. ​

ONE-TIME SCOOP

One-time scoop deep ​cleans can start at ​$60 per hour.

YARD SANITIZING & ​DEODORIZER

Dog waste will be double bagged and ​placed in the owner's trash bin. There ​is an additional per service fee for ​waste to be taken to the waste site for ​disposal of $5.

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste

removal services from Pressure Clean 911, LLC dba Scoop It Up

Scoop It Up is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal ​services to residences, and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern

the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these ​Terms.

The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, ​access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

Scoop It Up offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One-Time Clean, ​Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, and Disinfect/Sanitize. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/8th of ​an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD

The Customer understands that if Scoop It Up can’t access the area needing cleaning due to ​locked/blocked/inaccessible to property or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. If the ​customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

AGGRESSIVE DOGS

Scoop It Up loves dogs. For safety reasons, if your pup is in the yard, we will not service until s/he is inside or away ​from the area. If pet remains outside, we will not service. In the event your pup comes into the yard during a service, ​Scoop It Up will use its equipment to keep distance until out of the area. If we feel imminent danger, we will use pepper ​spray for protection.

WEATHER

Scoop It Up will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot ​work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, or flooding.

Scoop It Up is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in ​these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still ​have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your ​next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, ​we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled ​visit when things have dried out.

HOLIDAYS

Scoop It Up does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving ​Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week ​and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all ​of the poop from the week prior.

BILLING

Scoop It Up pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your ​card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have ​passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 ​days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings ​will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30 ​days late Scoop It Up will turn your account over to collections.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

1. You can put your account on hold to skip a day as long as we have received notice within 24 hours of the start of ​your designated service day. You will not be charged any extra when the service resumes as long as it is not longer ​than two weeks. For any periods longer than that, and only if the dog has been using the yard, a charge may be ​applicable based on the one-time clean-up charges once service resumes.
   
2. Similarly, you can terminate the service at any time as long as long as we have received notice within 24 hours of ​the start of your designated service day.
   
3. When your card has been charged in advance of service, or cash received, we generally do not provide a refund – ​we usually complete the paid for service. If a refund is specifically requested, or an order is cancelled, Scoop It Up ​will process refunds.
   
4. You are solely responsible for properly skipping service or terminating your service. A telephone notification is ​preferred. Email is not considered cancellation as emails can be missed or caught in spam filters.
   

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION COMMERCIAL SERVICE (Pet Waste Station Service)

1. At least 30 days written notice is required to cancel any pet waste station service.
   
2. 30 days corrective action to service plan is required to correct issues before termination of service.
   

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot ​of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The

customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other ​debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next ​scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive

amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at (239) 849-9461.

ADDITIONAL FEES

The following are items we charge extra for:

Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit)

Come Back request ($5/time)

Cleaning rocks/pebbled areas ($5/visit)

Waiting more than 15 minutes- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($5/visit)

Disinfecting/Sanitizing Yard ($15/service request)

Disposal at county waste site ($5/visit)

TIME AWAY

We reserve the right to cease operations with an electronic notice 14 days prior to. You will be billed at your normal ​Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our time away period.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Late payment fee $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd ​of each month.

We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital or personal communication ​with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, ​email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you

are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and ​general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our ​services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business, your ​information is for Scoop It Up use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.

We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without ​limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our ​System. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to ​investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend ​against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

AMENDMENTS

Scoop It Up provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without ​notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend ​you visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute ​acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be ​superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
